From conception to delivery, we are experienced in all aspects of event management from budget and proposal writing, marketing design and distribution, supplier sourcing and liaison, pre event planning to on- site delivery and post event conclusions.
A varied portfolio of events and clients has ensured HLT Events have a huge pool of knowledge in complete event management across a variety of sectors.
Past events have included; Concerts for 9000 + visitors both at major city centre arenas and well known outdoor venues, fireworks displays with X Factor artists for up to 15,000 visitors, Tattoo Conventions for 10,000 visitors and Running and Lifestyle Exhibitions for over 7000 visitors.
We also provide Artist Liaison Services for a variety of clients ranging from simple on the day liaison to full Artist Liaison Services including technical specifications and artists riders, communications with TM’s and PM’s and sound and light, sound check and running order schedules, dressing room co-ordination, artists and crew travel and hotel requirements to name but a few. But most importantly, ensuring your artists get to the stage happy AND on time!
Not everything we do is on a large scale basis – we also have vast experience in conferences, conference services, delegate and travel management, Christmas parties (from 20 people to 1000), weddings, trade shows, product launches, extreme running events, park and ride schemes, drive in movies…..the list goes on!
